It’s society.

Society makes it alright for 3rd graders to date. It gives them admission to skip class in order to smoke and make out behind the school’s playground. Society makes it alright for 8 years old to own an iPhone, calling up their friends to gossip about whatever “drama” an 8 years old think they have. Society makes it alright for 6 years old to wear make up, it makes you believe that you need make up in order to feel beautiful. Society celebrate the “obese” but worship the “skinny.” Society tells you everyone’s special in their own way, but prefer those who are truly beautiful. Society supports the poor, but favor the rich. Society tells you that everyone is equal, but racial jokes still exist. Society have power over all of us unless we don’t allow it to. Society won’t change unless we do.
